Architectural Graduate with a BA (Hons) degree in Architecture in 2014 from DMU De Montfort University Leicester City, England, United Kingdom. (Wendal Jr) Over the years, My dad and I had the opportunity to work on a number of projects that have allowed me to grow and establish myself within this competitive industry. WORKING DRAWINGS

Schematic Design first starts off with a sketch as per client's request which is followed up with Drafting of Plan, depicting full or partial elevations, floor plans, sections, location plan and site plan for submission.

3D Rendering is an exclusive option for those who want a full visualization of their project in 3D fully rendered. With the options of interior or exterior renderings or both.

Working drawing is an option for those who need additional drawings for intricate and crucial on site work, such as detailed sections, kitchen details and so on.
